I bought a 2021 XTS and it has been in the shop for broken seat, trunk not working, engine light, and now I’m going back for my radio and my trunk won’t open by light underneath the car. I only had it a year and they won’t give me a new car at the rate I am at so sad.

Just brought my dad’s Cadillac Truck Escalade in for service. 2 warning lights are on the dash, Tire Monitor and Seat Airbag. I was told that the cost to look at each issue is over $204 a piece! I asked the service advisor would the money be used to fix? He said “no”. That’s $408 without using a tool except computer! The advisor said these changes came down from corporate! I drove 30 miles out of my way to purchase a Cadillac from Steve Reich, we made a deal over the phone on a XT4, what a good and honest person he is. Valerie the cashier is another reason why I will buy my next Cadillac at Napleton River Oak, she was very patient with me , and went the extra mile to see that I was happy with all my service needs.

I was given a loaner vehicle which I appreciated. All of this was done during the Christmas holiday which was even more hectic but this dealership came through.

Great customer service! Tim Bales provided outstanding customer service. He arranged an appointment for the day I called and kept me informed about progress of the repair. When it couldn't be completed that day he arranged transportation for me. Cadillac is running great again. I would not go anywhere else to have my car serviced.
Great customer service with the repairs needed for my vehicle. I was loaned a nice 2020 cadillac while my vehicle was being repaired. The technician was great at explaining the issues my vehicle was having.

I will never do business with this dealership ever again, I'm a senior and a veteran and they took advantage of me buy selling me a car as is and they never posted it on the car anywhere ,and they didn't give me papers to show me it was being sold as is and they never gave me the buyer's guide paper thats supposed to be posted on the car

My lease was up and finding out my salesman was sick waited to hear back from him which finally happened. Was given some preliminary numbers on a new lease or purchase and was told to call back after the 15th of Dec because there would probably be better incentives. I called back on the 19th and my salesman told me he would get back to me on the 2 vehicles I was interested in, and never heard a word since. I am in the sales field and know what good service mean and this is why the service team at Napleton is the best i love working with them.
The waiting room is very warm and inviting. Its clean, bright, warm in cooler months, chilly during hot months. In pass service reps greeted me secomd visit I had to approach them. Check in service was speedy. I left my car for service in the AM. It was ready in the late afternoon for pickup. If I waited I was quoted an hour wait. I will return because close to home.
I worked with mike james, hes the man. Very professional very easy to make a deal with. Got a fair price and great customer service. In and out 1.5 hrs. No bs here at this dealer.
